Hopehill Campsite

Set in the North Downs Hopehill is an ideal base for hiking. Our woods offer safe surroundings for a variety of environmental projects. We have a multitude of
wildlife & wild flowers: we have badger setts and fox holes, rabbits and many types of birds, plus we know where the door mice live! In spring we have Bluebells and if you look carefully, hidden away, Early Purple Orchids!

We do not try to rival the large activity centres but offer a growing range of
traditional and modern facilities. Owned by Gravesham District Scout Association,
Hopehill is open to Youth Groups, Schools, Clubs & Societies year-round. Run by
volunteers, friendly wardens are on site at weekends and through the week in the main camping season.

Suitably qualified volunteers also provide the activities and users are asked to respect their commitment. Visitors should be responsible for their own events and are expected to leave the premises in the condition they found it.
